The VBCA is pleased to offer a one-day on-site inspection training program designed for inspectors seeking AD inspection certification. This optional event is held in advance of the 2017 ADI certification class and is intended for those seeking certification who lack any ADI experience.
Participants of this 8-hour class will have hands on training conducting inspections on rides seen at many of the carnivals, fairs, and special events permitted through the localities as well training on the current regulations and safety issues. This training is designed to support the National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials (NAARSO) experience requirement for all exam candidates. This training will also serve as 8 continuing education hours needed for DHCD. A completion certificate will be provided following the training and may serve as supporting documentation required by NAARSO to sit for the certification examination.
